And by that, we mean use tools like Canva or Zoom to develop and record – freely – visuals, short videos, or webinars. Canva is a great freemium tool that lets you create stunning visuals for pretty much any and every purpose you need. Zoom is more and more becoming the next great thing in live chat and enables you to record your video, so it’s good if you want to have a freebie webinar or short lead magnet messages.
Internet audience is fast moving, and they tend to go from one to another in a fraction of a second. So every aspect of your user interface counts when you are trying to get their attention. Having a beautifully designed web page will not always lead to the fact that you’ll be having lots of visitors to your website who would come back again and again.

I’ll never forget the fun we had at those NFL celebrations at Regent Street in London, a couple of years back. Without an email list of subscribers, growing your business success would get slow. Therefore, in this blog, we will talk about the importance of having an email list for your business and mainly the tools that are present, with which you can start your email list building.

Include social sharing buttons and an "Email to a Friend" button in your marketing emails. That way, you'll gain access to their friends, colleagues, and networks and expand your contact list. At the bottom of your emails, include a "Subscribe" CTA as a simple text-based link so that the people receiving the forwarded emails can easily opt-in, too.

Set a glass bowl on the counter in your store or the reception desk in your office, and ask visitors to drop their cards in it. Offer some incentive to do so — a free product or service, gift card, etc. Use your own business cards to further drum up emails; add an offer on the back of your card that encourages people to sign up to receive your emails.

Offline events like trade shows are highly anticipated growth opportunities for professionals in your industry. Demo your latest product at an appropriate conference and collect signups in-person. Once you're back at the office, import these signups into your contact database. Be sure to send these contacts a welcome email that confirms their opt-in to your list. Search terms: You can find out the specific terms people are using to find your site, which will help you decide what the most popular topics for your readers are. However, Google searches are increasingly not providing the specific search terms that they used to, going with “not provided” instead, so this ability may decrease in the future (at least with the Google search engine).
In fact, Clarity estimates that about 70% of people respond positively when approached about being added to an email list during an offline conversation. Furthermore, Clarity says that emails acquired offline are reported to have much higher click-through rates, sometimes more than twice as much. Make asking for an email second nature, and you’ll quickly grow your email list.  
Who it is from. Keep the “from” line in your email the same throughout the course. You are building trust, so it is important that the sender of the email remain the same Plus, if readers have whitelisted your email address, or directed your email into their primary Gmail tab, changing the address could hurt you. Choosing a person instead of an app or a blog name is best if you can; it is easy to ignore email from an entity and less so from a “real” person.

Get creative. Since every business is different, some of the strategies in this guide might not work for your business if you implement them exactly as described. However, most of what’s described can work for a large majority of businesses with just a few tweaks. In some cases, you might even get greater results than the people who wrote these posts.
